Algebra Vision 2.0
EULA - End User License Agreement
Algebra Vision End-user License Agreement
Demo Version:
You can install the Algebra Vision demo on any computer and distribute it freely (you're actually doing me a favor in this case). You may not sell the demo.
Full Version:
Do not distribute or resell the full version of Algebra Vision. This license is non-transferable. Your license works for all currently available binaries (Mac OS X/Windows/Linux).
As an individual:
You can install it on any computer you own. Got 5 computers at home? Install it on all of them.
As a business/organization:
You can install it on any computer in a building (e.g. a computer lab and classroom).
If you're a school district, one license works for a particular school, not the entire school district.
If you're a tutoring franchise, you'll need a license for each individual franchisee that installs it on their computers.
Right to tinker:
You may request a copy of the source code and make any modifications for personal use. (Email seanb@algebravision.com)
You may share these modifications with other owners of Algebra Vision (not the public).
Ease of use:
If you want an easier installation procedure (e.g. you're installing it on 20 computers in your lab), Email me (seanb@algebravision.com) and I'll make available to you a version that does not require the license key to be entered.
Regular Berry Software isn't liable for any damage or loss of data as a result of using Algebra Vision.
